Once you submit your reward request, you can expect to receive your payout within 2 business days. This means weekends and public holidays are not counted toward the 2-day period.

If you submit your payout request on Monday, you can expect to receive it by Wednesday.
If you submit it on Friday, your payout will be processed by Tuesday, since Saturday and Sunday are not business days.
We stand by our commitment to timely payouts. If we fail to process your reward within this timeframe, we will add a $500 bonus to your payout as compensation. However, this bonus will not be applied if the delay is caused by:
