When you purchase, your credentials arrive by email immediately and also appear in your dashboard.
When you pass a phase, your next account is created automatically. You do not need to request it. Passing an intermediate phase (for example Phase 1 on a 2-step model) issues your next credentials immediately. After your final evaluation phase, your account goes through a review that typically takes up to 2 business days; you receive a confirmation email while it runs, then your funded account credentials arrive by email and appear in your dashboard.
You do not need to complete identity verification (KYC) or sign the Trader Agreement to receive credentials. Both happen later, when you request your first payout.
What happens when you pass an evaluation phase
Your account stops trading at the moment you hit the target.
Your evaluation is reviewed, typically up to 2 business days. You receive a confirmation email during this time.
Your next account is created.
Credentials are emailed to the address on your account, and appear in your dashboard.
On multi-phase models you move to the next phase automatically. On 2 Step and 3 Step models, passing an intermediate phase moves you straight on with no review.
Only the final evaluation phase triggers the full review before funding.

Pay Later is different
On the Pay Later model you pay $5 up front and the balance only after passing. Your funded account is not issued until the remaining fee is paid.
You have 30 days from receiving the activation link to pay.
If you do not pay within 30 days the account expires, and the deadline cannot be extended and a new link cannot be issued for the same account.
Profits made during evaluation cannot be used to pay the fee.

Where to find your credentials
Your dashboard. Log in and open the account. This is the fastest route and does not depend on email delivery.
Your email, sent to the address registered on your account.
If the email has not arrived, check spam first, then check the dashboard. The dashboard is authoritative. If credentials are visible there, the account exists and is ready, regardless of what your inbox shows.
Common questions
I passed but I have not received anything. Check your dashboard first. If the account is there, you can start trading immediately using those credentials. If it is not there after 2 business days, contact support with your account number.
Do I need to request my next phase account? No. It is created automatically.
My credentials do not work. Confirm you are using the right platform (MT5, Match-Trader, and so on) and the right server for that account. Each account has its own server, and using a previous account's server is the most common cause.
Can I keep trading my evaluation account after passing? No. It stops at the moment you pass.
