Account Violations (Hard Breach)

Daily Drawdown Limit (Hard Breach) β€” 4%

What does this mean?

Your account must not drop below the Daily Drawdown Threshold. This threshold is recalculated once per day at the reset time.

Reset Time

  • Daily reset: 5:00 PM EST

How is it calculated?

  • At 5:00 PM EST, we check the higher value between the Account Balance or Account Equity.

  • Subtract 4% of the initial account size from that value to set the Daily Drawdown Threshold for the next trading day.

Example 1 (Higher Equity at reset):

  • Account Balance: $105,000

  • Account Equity: $107,000

  • Threshold = ($100,000 Γ— 4%) = $4,000

  • $107,000 - $4000 = $103,000
πŸ“Œ Your balance/equity must stay above $103,000 for that day.

Example 2 (Higher Balance at reset):

  • Account Balance: $100,000

  • Account Equity: $99,000

  • Threshold = ($100,000 Γ— 4%) $4,000

  • $100,000 - $4,000 = $96,000
πŸ“ŒYour balance/equity must stay above $96,000 for that day.

Maximum Loss Limit (Hard Breach) β€” 8% (Static)

What does this mean?

The Maximum Loss Limit is the lowest value your balance or equity is allowed to reach. If your balance or equity goes below this limit at any time, the account is closed.

How is it calculated?

  • Maximum Loss Floor = Initial Account Size βˆ’ (Initial Account Size Γ— 8%)

Example:

  • Initial Account Size: $100,000

  • Maximum Loss Floor: $100,000 βˆ’ 8% = $8,000

  • $100,000 - $8,000 = $92,000
πŸ“Œ Your balance/equity must never fall below $92,000.

Guidelines

These guidelines are designed to maintain a stable and sustainable trading environment. If triggered, they result in deductions, not account closure.

Daily Profit Limit (Funded) β€” $3,000/day

  • Traders on funded accounts can generate a maximum profit of $3,000 per trading day

  • Any profits exceeding this limit will be deducted from the account

  • This is not considered a breach; the deduction is only to maintain a controlled and sustainable trading system.

Withdrawal Limits for First Two Rewards

  • For the first two reward requests, traders can withdraw a maximum of 6% of the initial account size, or $10,000 (whichever is lower)

  • Any profits beyond this limit will be deducted from the account balance.

  • After the first two rewards, this restriction is removed.

Leverage

Evaluation Leverage (All Evaluation Phases)

  1. Forex: 1:100

  2. Indices: 1:20

  3. Commodities: 1:20

  4. Crypto: 1:2

Funded Account Leverage (Maximum)

To reduce risk exposure during the evaluation, leverage is lower:

  1. Forex: 1:50

  2. Indices: 1:10

  3. Commodities: 1:10

  4. Crypto: 1:2

Depending on the trader’s risk management, leverage may be increased back toward the maximum.
