Account Violations (Hard Breach)

Violation of these rules results in immediate account closure.

1. Daily Drawdown Limit 4%

How is it calculated?

  • At 5:00 PM EST, we check the higher value between the Account Balance or Account Equity.

  • Subtract 4% of the initial account size from that value to set the Daily Drawdown Threshold for the next trading day.

Example:

  • Account Balance: $105,000

  • Account Equity: $107,000 (Higher)

  • Threshold = ($100,000 Γ— 4%) = $4,000

  • $107,000 - $4000 = $103,000
πŸ“Œ Your balance/equity must stay above $103,000 for that day.

2. Maximum Loss Limit (Hard Breach) β€” 8% (Static)

This is your Absolute Floor. Your account equity or balance must never drop below 92% of your starting capital.

How is it calculated?

  • Maximum Loss = Initial Account Size βˆ’ 8%

Example:

  • Account Size: $100,000

  • $100,000 X 8% = $8,000

  • $100,000 - $8,000 = $92,000.

  • πŸ“Œ Your Absolute Floor: Your account equity/balance must never drop below $92,000.

πŸ’° Rewards & Profit Split

Profit Split: 80% (Traders keep 80% of their profit).
