Can I use a VPN, VPS, proxy, or any other hosting service while trading?

From October 6, 2026, VPNs, VPSs, proxies and any other hosting or routing service are prohibited during trading on all accounts. One exception: a VPN for the first login only.

No. Effective October 6, 2026, the use of any type of hosting or IP-masking or routing service during trading activity is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • VPNs

  • VPSs

  • Proxies

  • Remote or hosted environments

  • Any other hosting or routing solution used to access or trade on the trading platform

If we detect that any such service was used during trading activity, the account will be subject to a straight breach. Any payout generated through trading activity conducted using these services will not be eligible for payment.

Limited exception for first login

We understand that users in certain countries may need to temporarily use a VPN to locate or connect to our trading server for the first time. For example, some users in Pakistan may require a VPN for the server to appear on their trading platform.

In these cases, a VPN may be used only for the initial login and server connection. Once the server has been located and the account accessed, the VPN must be disconnected before any trading activity takes place.

This is the only exception to the policy. If trading activity is detected while connected through a VPN or any other hosting service, the account will still be subject to a straight breach.

Geographical activity and verification

We continuously monitor geographical and access activity across our ecosystem, including the trading platform, the Trader Dashboard, and checkout and purchase activity.

If we identify access patterns, locations, or geographical changes that appear inconsistent or require clarification, we reserve the right to contact you and request additional information or supporting evidence.

You may therefore be asked to clarify your location, travel, or changes in access patterns when necessary, as part of our risk and security verification procedures.
