If you fail your challenge or funded account at any stage, that account will be closed and can no longer be used. However, you don't need to start over from scratch — you can purchase a Reset to continue from the phase where the breach occurred, preserving any phases you've already passed.
If you breach Phase 1 → your Reset restarts from Phase 1.
If you breach Phase 2 (after passing Phase 1) → your Reset restarts from Phase 2.
If you breach Phase 3 (after passing Phases 1 and 2) → your Reset restarts from Phase 3.
If you breach a Funded Account → your Reset issues a brand-new Funded Account, without repeating the evaluation.
Resets must be purchased within 14 calendar days of the breach, and each phase can only be reset once. If you don't purchase a Reset within that window, or if you breach the same phase again after using its Reset, you'll need to purchase a new Challenge to continue.
Note: Resets are only available for accounts purchased from June 15th onward — accounts purchased before that date are not eligible for a reset and will need to start a new Challenge if breached.
For full details on pricing, timing, and how many Resets you can use, see the How do Resets work? FAQ.
