Account Violations (Hard Breach)

A hard breach happens when the account goes past the maximum total drawdown or the floating loss limit. The account closes immediately.

Note - Instant Daily does not have a daily drawdown limit. There is no restriction tied to how much you lose in a single day, but the two limits below apply at all times.

1. Max Total Drawdown 3% (Trailing)

What does this mean?

The maximum total drawdown is a fixed amount equal to 3% of your initial balance. On a $10,000 account that is $300, so your limit starts at $9,700. When your balance or equity reaches a new high, the limit moves up so it stays $300 below that high. This happens during the trading day, as soon as the new high is reached.

The limit never moves down. Once it reaches your initial balance, it locks there permanently. Your first payout also locks it at your initial balance, even if it hasn't reached it yet (see below).

Worked example
For a $10,000 account:
Your starting limit is $9,700, which is $300 below $10,000.
If your equity reaches $10,150, the limit moves up to $9,850.
If your equity then drops to $10,050, the limit stays at $9,850.
If your equity later reaches $10,300, the limit reaches $10,000, your initial balance. It locks there and never moves again, even if your equity keeps growing.

What happens to the limit after a payout?

On other Instant models the maximum loss limit resets after each payout. On Instant Daily it never resets and never moves back below your initial balance.

Your first payout locks the limit at your initial balance, even if your equity hasn't reached 3% profit yet. From then on the limit stays at your initial balance for the life of the account.

Worked example
On a $10,000 account, your balance is $10,200 and that is your highest equity so far, so your limit is $9,900. You have $300 of room.
You request your first payout of $100. Your balance drops to $10,100.
Because it is your first payout, the limit moves up from $9,900 and locks at $10,000.
You now have $100 of room before the account is breached, not $300.

A payout can breach your account

If a payout takes your balance back down to your initial balance, the balance has reached the limit and the account is breached. This applies to every payout, including your first.

Worked example
On a $10,000 account with a balance of $10,250:
If you withdraw all $250 of your profit, your balance returns to $10,000. That is your limit, so the account is breached.
If you withdraw $150, your balance is $10,100 and you keep $100 of room above the limit.

Open trades count too. If a trade is in loss when your payout goes through, your equity is below your balance and closer to the limit.

Keep some profit in the account

Instant Daily has no mandatory profit buffer. You decide how much profit stays in the account after each payout. Whatever you leave in is your room above the limit, so we recommend leaving some. If you leave nothing, your next losing trade breaches the account.

2. Floating Loss Limit (1%)

If the combined floating (unrealised) loss of all your open trades reaches -1% of your initial account balance at any moment, the account is permanently closed. This is not a per-trade limit. Every open position counts toward the 1%, so the account can close even when no single trade is down 1%.

Worked example
On a $10,000 account, if your combined open trade losses reach -$100 (-1%), the account is closed immediately.

Note - The 1% floating loss limit applies on top of the 3% trailing maximum drawdown. You must respect both at all times.

Minimum Profitable Days

Instant Daily has no minimum profitable day requirement. You can request a payout from your first day, as long as you meet the payout conditions below.

Consistency Rule

Instant Daily accounts do not have a consistency rule. Your profit does not need to be spread across several days, and one big day does not stop you from requesting a payout.

Best Trade vs Worst Trade

Before you can request a payout, your largest winning trade must be at least as big as your largest losing trade.

Every closed trade counts on its own. If you close a position in parts, each part is a separate trade. Each trade's result includes commission and swap.

Until your first payout, the check covers every trade since you bought the account. Each payout resets it, and from then on it only looks at trades closed after your last payout.

Worked example
If your largest loss since your last payout is $60, your largest win needs to be $60 or more.

This is not a breach and does not affect your account. If you haven't met it yet, keep trading until you do.

Rewards & Profit Split

Daily Payouts

You can request a payout every day. There are no minimum trading days.

Each payout must be between 1% and 3% of your initial balance. On a $10,000 account that is $100 to $300 per request. Within that range you choose the amount, so you can withdraw part of your profit or all of it. Withdrawing all of it breaches the account, as explained above.

To withdraw the 1% minimum and keep the account open, your profit has to be above 1%. If your profit is more than 3%, the rest stays in the account for a later payout.

Choosing the amount is specific to Instant Daily. On our other models, every payout request has to be for your full profit.

Profit Split

Your profit split rises as you take more payouts on the account:

PayoutYour Profit Split
1st and 2nd60%
3rd and 4th70%
5th onwards80%
Worked example
On a $10,000 account, your 1st payout is $200. You keep 60%, which is $120 before the 3% processing fee. From your 5th payout onwards, you keep 80%.

The general payout rules in How payouts work also apply to Instant Daily, including the 3% processing fee and the $3,000 daily profit limit. Two rules work differently here. You choose your payout amount, and the 1% to 3% range above replaces the $100 minimum withdrawal.

Account Validity (30 Days)

Your Instant Daily account closes automatically after 30 days. Plan your payouts so you request them before the account closes.
